Ocho found his passion for leadership as a cadet in the United States Air Force Officer Training Program. He served in the Air Force for 11 years as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Crew Commander with 7,200 hours on the Minuteman III weapons system. He has over 6000 hours training for the Air Force, focused on leadership, problem solving and instructorship.

Hoss began his leadership journey as a cadet in the united states air force officer training program. He served eight years in the Air Force as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance Officer, leading teams as large as 350 in nuclear weapons related duties. Hoss is a program manager for a turbine engine overhaul company.
